After graduating from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University in 2000, he continued to study at the Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University and obtained a master's degree in 2003.
After that, he began to engage in intellectual property agency work. He successively worked as an agent in China Patent Agent (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and as a partner and patent agent in DeHeng Law Firm and Pan Hua Law Firm. In 2012, he founded Beijing Heng Law International intellectual property agency.
Entrepreneurial and small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises intellectual property planning, intellectual property mining, patent application, patent invalidation, infringement litigation agency, trademark registration, intellectual property training, enterprise intellectual property strategy early warning analysis, computer software copyright application. In 2008, he was invited by the State Intellectual Property Office as an expert to participate in the third revision of China's Patent Law.
